Family care together
Looking after someone you love isn’t one person’s job.
It shouldn’t be one person’s memory either.
KinCareCircle keeps the tasks, the tablets, the rota, the paperwork and how they actually were today in one place — so everyone helping is working from the same page.

Why we built this
1,688,555
people in England waited 12 hours or more in A&E during 2025, from the time they arrived, before being admitted, discharged or transferred.
Source: Royal College of Emergency Medicine15,860
excess deaths in 2025 were associated with those long waits — the College's own conservative estimate.
Source: Royal College of Emergency MedicineBehind every one of those numbers is a family. A son or daughter trying to answer a doctor’s questions from memory, under pressure, in a corridor. Precious minutes lost not because care wasn’t available, but because the right information wasn’t in the right hands at the right time.
We can’t fix hospital capacity. But we can make sure that when a family member needs urgent care, the people around them — and the doctors treating them — aren’t starting from nothing. Read why we built it.
The bits that go wrong
“Did anyone give Dad his evening tablets?”
Medication laid out across the week, ticked off by whoever gave it, with allergies in plain sight.
“I’ve asked three times how she’s been.”
A shared journal, so the answer is already written down by the person who was in the room.
“I didn’t know you were going on Thursday.”
A rota everyone can see, with appointments and who is taking them.
“The discharge letter is in someone’s inbox.”
Care plans, letters and paperwork kept beside the person they belong to.
How it works
- 1
Make a circle
One circle is one person being cared for, plus everyone helping — family, neighbours, paid carers. Invite as many as you need.
- 2
Put the day in it
Tasks, medication times and who is on duty. Everyone sees the same day, so nobody doubles up and nothing quietly gets missed.
- 3
Write down how they were
A journal anyone in the circle can add to, in their own words, so the person who was actually there is the one recording it.
- 4
Take it to the GP
Export a daily or weekly report of what was done, what was missed and how they seemed. Print it or hand it over.

What it isn’t
- Not a care agency. We do not send anyone round, and we do not arrange care.
- Not part of the NHS, and not a medical record. Anything clinical goes to them, not to us.
- Not a monitoring device. Nothing here watches anybody — it records what the people caring for them chose to write down.
We’ll email you once, when it’s ready. Nothing else.
