Questions

  • Does everyone helping have to pay?

No. Whoever sets the circle up pays. Everyone they invite — family, neighbours, paid carers — joins free, and there is no limit on how many.
  • What if I look after more than one person?

The same subscription covers every circle you run. Looking after both parents does not cost twice.
  • What happens when the trial ends?

The plan you chose starts, at the price shown when you signed up. Cancel at any point before then and nothing is taken — we will not ask why.
  • Could my employer pay for this?

Some do, as a benefit — and they are never told who claimed a seat. If you have a code from work, nothing is charged to you; if you do not, the employer page is written to be forwarded to whoever looks after benefits where you work.
  • Can I get our notes out?

Yes, and without asking. The app exports a daily or weekly report whenever you want one, and if you leave we will send you everything the circle holds.

The full terms — cancelling, and how refunds are paid — are on the subscription and refunds page.
