Behind every one of those numbers is a family. A parent who couldn’t explain their own medical history in the moment. A son or daughter trying to answer a doctor’s questions from memory, under pressure, in a corridor. Precious minutes lost not because care wasn’t available, but because the right information wasn’t in the right hands at the right time.
We can’t fix hospital capacity. But we can make sure that when a family member needs urgent care, the people around them — and the doctors treating them — aren’t starting from nothing.
That’s why we built KinCareCircle.
KinCareCircle lets a family record and organise the essential information about the people in their care circle in real time — conditions, medications, allergies, contacts, and the details that matter in an emergency — so it’s ready the moment it’s needed. Not scattered across memories and phone calls, but in one place, accessible to the people who need it, when every minute counts.
We built this for ageing parents. We built it for any family member who needs support. We built it because preparing as a family, before a crisis hits, shouldn’t be this hard.
Where we have got to
What KinCareCircle is
KinCareCircle is a family caregiving app that helps families coordinate support and care for the people who need it — ageing parents and other family members alike.
It gives a family’s care circle one place to record the information that matters most: medical history, medications, allergies, key contacts, and care notes — so that information is on hand when it’s needed most, including for doctors making time-critical decisions about further treatment.
KinCareCircle exists to help families prepare together, so that when the moment comes, everyone — including the people caring for them — has what they need.
What it is not
We are not a care agency and we are not part of the NHS. We do not provide care, and we never give medical advice — for anything clinical the app points you at the NHS. What we do is keep the record straight, so the people doing the caring can get on with it.
